Outlook Regenerated Tasks

The recurring task also consists of regenerating tasks which means the next task occurs only when you mark the previous task as completed. Some of the good examples:

  • Attending meditation club every 8 days.
  • Donating blood every 2 months.
  • Oiling Gyn equipment every 2 months.

Under this scenario, missing the occurrence, you still have the task live, but only one occurrence.

In case you created a task for every three days of watering the plant and you miss the occurrence, you can’t water the plant double to fill the gap for the next time.

It is mandatory to mark the task completed before activation of the next occurrence.

Select a radio button for the recurrence. and specify the number of days/weeks/months/years to make it regenerate a new task.

Finally, Click OK till ends. The flexibility provided by Outlook is remarkable and the user makes every ongoing event smooth in day-to-day events.

Outlook Regenerated Tasks usually help users to establish good habits such as exercising and practicing a new skill.
